Time2dance.com
is a website created for Ballroom, Swing, Latin, and Country Western dancers,
instructors, studios, competitions, and retailers to connect online. The site grants instructors, studios, and event
hosts to post their information free of charge, allowing them
to market their services to a wider virtual audience. Time2dance.com provides visitors with easy
tools to search and browse for services and events both nationally and in their
local area. Visitors can view details
including a full description of the event, links to the host’s website, contact
information, cover charge, drink/food information, types of dancing, links to
Map Quest for directions, and other events posted by the same host.
Coupons are
available for printing by site visitors for various events, created by the
instructors and studio hosts when they post their event information. A full searchable Event Calendar
can also be viewed by state and date range.
All of these services are free of charge, requiring only registration
for those who want to post their events and services. Additional extended services are available for
those wanting more coverage and event posting ability.
Quarterly newsletters to thousands of
subscribers, flyers delivered by regular mail, and active Google advertising
campaigns are but a few of the marketing strategies currently in place for
